Refund policy
General Return Policy
Customers have the right to return unused and originally packaged goods within 30 days of receipt. This provides our customers with more flexibility and security when purchasing.
The goods must be returned in undamaged, resalable condition and in their original packaging.
Return Costs
Standard Returns: The customer bears the cost of the return.
Defective or Incorrect Goods: In the case of incorrectly delivered or defective goods, we will cover the return costs.
Excluded Items
The following items are excluded from the right of return:
- Personalized products (e.g., engraved jewelry)
- Discounted items (sale goods)
- Earrings and piercings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards

Refunds and Processing Time
Refunds will be issued after the returned goods are inspected and applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing takes place within 7-14 days after receipt of the return.
Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable unless the error lies with us (e.g., defective or incorrectly delivered goods).
For justified complaints, the full purchase price will be refunded or a replacement will be provided upon request.
Defective Goods
If goods arrive defective or damaged, we offer the following options:
- Replacement Delivery: An identical or equivalent item will be shipped (subject to availability).
- Refund: The full purchase price will be refunded.
- Voucher: Alternatively, a voucher for the purchase price can be issued.
Defective goods must be reported within 14 days of receipt. We cover the return costs.
International Orders
EU Returns: Customers in the EU have the right to return products within 30 days.
Conditions:
- The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customers may only test the goods as part of normal examination.
- Improper use leading to signs of wear may result in rejection of the return or a partial refund.

Orders Outside the EU
For orders from the USA and other countries:
In many cases, returning the goods is not required to avoid high shipping costs.
Customers may submit a written description along with photos in case of issues (incorrect or defective items).

- Voucher for the Purchase Price
- Partial Refund
