Please make sure that the address you have provided is correct. If the delivery is not successful, we will try again. If the delivery still does not arrive, the order will be cancelled and the purchase price minus the shipping costs will be refunded.

Measure the circumference of your finger with a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper and compare the result with our size chart . If you are unsure, we will be happy to help you.

As long as the order has not yet been shipped, a change or cancellation is possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.

We do our best to send your jewellery safely and padded. If your jewellery arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days. We offer you the following options: replacement delivery, refund, voucher for the purchase price.

No problem! You can return the unused jewellery in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. The customer bears the return shipping costs. After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the jewellery upon request.

Normal return : The return costs are borne by the customer.

Defective or incorrectly delivered goods : In this case we will cover the return costs.

For hygiene or personalization reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items: Personalized products (e.g. engraved jewellery), earrings and piercings, reduced items (sale) and gift cards.

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days to the original method of payment.
