Scope

These GTC apply to all contracts concluded via Lagull.ch and Lagull.com. Lagull.ch and Lagull.com are operated by WBC Verwaltung GmbH. Swiss law exclusively applies, taking into account mandatory consumer protection regulations of the customer's country of residence. The data protection regulations available on the website also apply. Amendments to the GTC apply only to contracts concluded after their publication.

Contract Conclusion and Delivery

  1. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places the order and we confirm the order by email. As all payments are made directly by card, the purchase contract becomes binding immediately upon successful payment.

  2. Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post as standard. Delivery times within Switzerland are usually 1–2 business days, within Europe 3–7 business days, and for global deliveries (e.g., USA) between 5–12 business days. The shipping cost is included in the product price. Any additional costs for deliveries outside Europe are transparently displayed during the ordering process.

  3. If an item is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately, and any payments already made will be fully refunded. The seller is liable for damage occurring before the goods are handed over to the shipping company. Upon handover of the goods to the shipping company, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. We strive to pack all goods securely and cushioned to avoid transport damage. Obvious transport damage must be reported directly to the shipping company.

Prices, Customs, and Shipping Costs

The prices listed on the website may be displayed in various currencies, but billing is done in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless explicitly stated otherwise. In Switzerland, prices include the statutory value-added tax. Outside Switzerland, value-added tax, customs duties, or other charges may apply depending on applicable laws. Customers are responsible for complying with and paying such fees. Shipping within Europe is included in the price; shipping costs for countries outside Europe are shown separately during the ordering process. The seller is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance. If prices on the website are clearly incorrect, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel the contract.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made via TWINT, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment methods listed on the website. All payments are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Additional costs such as currency conversion or transaction fees are borne by the customer. The seller reserves the right to adjust payment methods, refuse orders in cases of suspected abuse, or require a deposit for personalized products. Payment is considered fulfilled once the full amount has been received in the seller's account.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  1. Customers can return unused and originally packaged goods within 30 days of receipt. The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.

  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized products
  • Discounted items (sale goods)
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings).

  2. Refunds are issued after inspecting the returned goods and are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable. For justified complaints, the seller covers the return shipping costs.

Warranty and Liability

The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify the seller in writing of any defects within 14 days. If the goods are defective, we offer a repair or exchange depending on availability. If this is not possible, the customer may choose between a reasonable price reduction or a refund of the purchase price. Normal wear and tear, improper handling, and damage caused by the customer or third parties are excluded from the warranty. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods and does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website. Customer data is used exclusively for order processing and communication. Necessary data is shared with shipping service providers for delivery purposes. The seller is not liable for the privacy policies of linked third-party providers. Data of international customers is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. We reserve the right to assert claims at the customer's place of residence. This provision protects us from abusive claims and complies with applicable legal regulations.

Severability Clause

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. A regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply in its place. The same applies to regulatory gaps.
